I checked the value of my house last week on Zillow.com it was not good. Then i checked it 2 weeks later and it went up $5000. That's still not good but going in the right direction.

I got this flier in the door today. My neighborhood's probably 60% Chaldean, so i'm guessing that the Ryan Market is gonna be a popular place.
